Senior advisor has
multi-technology

There is a man who has a senior advisor position, his name is Kuwana and belongs engineering department, just recently his main task is customer service adviser so he is multiplayer who has experience with machine assembling, engineering, manufacturing. I sort of do everything troubleshooting, maintenance so he says "I am copyboy" with all smiles.

I was hired by the mid-career worker, a supervisor in the previous company knew president of Miroku of 4 generations ago and recommended to join in this company, at that time Miroku was in the middle of rapid growth, facing with the luck of manpower. I was said you should definitely come. I belonged with assembling section for one year from the enter, after that, I was assigned engineering dept absorbed by another dept. The experience in this dept makes me and my carrier.

It was the longest I stayed that dept for 30 years, the task of that dept setting, arranging machine, basically it was on-the-road, now new face works with senior, but when I was entered, even if I had no experience visiting company but I had to visit company with I only have a slip of phone number it was like a walk-in sales but I enjoyed myself in that time so no cell phone and pocket bell.

It was idyllic times with busy days

Clients are everywhere around the country. the arrangement of appointment, hotel reservation I had to do by myself. I had to contact our company with a collect call. after setting the machine, get familiar with the client and I was given dried squid was grilled, offered sake. One client was willing to lend me money when I headed to the client without having enough cash and told, “I only have 500 yen.” It was pastoral times. After all, I am sure that I have to teach my experience to junior politely.

In severe situation but
we never say we can not do it
